the firm E.H. Wachs, based in Lincolnshire, Illinois (USA) was taken over by ITW at the end of 2009. The company, founded in 1883, produces and markets pipe cutting and pipe end preparation machines (“split frames”) for industrial pipe construction.
Orbitalum Tools GmbH is responsible for the Sales and Marketing of E.H. Wachs products in Europe, in contrast E.H. Wachs took over the Sales activities for Orbitalum products in North America.
